terms & conditions

1 – application
the following terms & conditions are applicable for all orders, purchases and deliveries of goods of the company kalter trading e.u. (following: kalter trading) and its plattform puzzlegrass.store, if no other arrangements are explicitly agreed upon. the contract is subject to austrian law, place of fulfillment as well as court location is the district court of our principal office, wien josefstadt.

2 – orders
orders issued by customers can be submitted through our webshop, via order form, by post or personally. sales agreements are established through confirmation of the order and under reservation of availability of goods. depending on order value and selected delivery options, delivery fees may arise to be covered by the customer (see full overview at payment & delivery). potential import fees (e.g. with delivery to states not part of the european union) are to be payed by the customer.
3 – payment
until full payment of the order, the goods remain the property of kalter trading. terms of payment stated during order and confirmation apply and lie at fourteen days upon receipt of wares at the latest.
4 – warranty
reclamations according to legal rights can be addressed towards the company but do not apply due to minor or custom-in-trade aberrations.
5 – right of withdrawal
customers have the right to step down from the sales contract within fourteen days upon receipt of wares without statement of reasons. to make use of this right, you may let us know by stating so via email to our office or filling out the withdrawal form available on our website. we will need your timely notification of withdrawal as well as the respective goods without apparent or value-reducing use and deterioration. postage fees for returns are to be covered by the customer. return of the purchasing price will be issued after receipt and examination of wares.
6 – online dispute resolution acc to art. 14 of eu regulation no 524/2013 (odr)
the european commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. we are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
